Oct 29, 2009 - The Hooligans only had their baseball players for part of the game, and due to lack of a girl had to play 5-on-7 throughout the game. But the team shrewdly ran the clock as much as possible and came away with the 24-13 win. C.J. Luttinen took over where he left off in the 2008 season and went a perfect 7-7 passing with 2 pass TDs. Max Joseph handled the ball a lot, hauling in 6 receptions for 2 TDs. For ANDREW GUMM Steve Ferguson slung the ball all over the field, finishing 22-34 passing with 1 TD. Pete Schmitt put in a solid day's work with 11 receptions for the team. The Hooligans held a solid grasp of first place with their 5-1 record following the game.

Oct 26, 2009 - The Pigskin Hooligans scratched out a close victory in the rematch over a scrappy and much-improved Whirling Dervish squad, 35-32. Max Joseph and Zach Johnston split QB reps on the day, with Johnston throwing 3 TD passes. Brittany Davis led the team with 2 TDs on the day, and those would prove to be huge as they were of the 9-point girl variety. Andrew Gumm had an amazing day for his squad, throwing for 2 TDs and scoring 3 TDs and 2 PATs himself. The win gave the Hooligans a 4-game winning streak and a 4-1 record.

The entire roster of 11 showed up for the game, and with the ability to play 7-on-7 this time the result was a 35-19 win. Zach Johnston and Erik Mendoza split the reps at QB for the game. The receptions and touchdowns were fairly evenly distributed, with Bernard Joseph leading the way at 5 receptions and 1 TD. The defense benefited from the extra 2 players as they held the Kidney Stones in check most of the game. Tyler Case and Martell Buchanan split QB reps for the Kidney Stones, with Ben Gau and Jim Abrams recording 3 receptions and 1 TD apiece. The victory moved the team to 3-1 on the season.

The receptions were spread fairly evenly in the game, with Bernard Joseph and Zach Johnston each hauling in 2 TD passes. For Whirling Dervish, Andrew Gumm directed the offense for most of the day going 7-15 passing for 3 TDs and throwing 3 INTs. Future Hooligan Steve Lestock caught 2 TD passes in the game.

The 95s came into the game 1-0 fresh off a resounding 50-6 defeat of ANDREW GUMM, but the Hooligans controlled this match from the start. Erik Mendoza and Zach Johnston split QB reps on the day, with Mendoza going 11-16 for 3 passing TDs on the day. Brittany Davis made her Pigskin Hooligan debut and finished with 3 receptions and a TD, matching Max Joseph and Bill Kohls. For The 95s, Joel Maier was held to 6-18 passing by the Hooligans' strong defensive effort. Spencer Behmlander was their impact player, finishing with 1 reception, 2 TDs, and 3 interceptions.

Not only that, they had to play 5 on 7 the entire game due to lacking a girl on the field. Yet the team showed their grit and actually led 28-27 at one point before eventually falling 41-28. Zach Johnston, Erik Mendoza, and Max Joseph rotated the QB duties for the team in the game. Zach and brother Zane Johnston paced the offense with 2 scores apiece. For the Kidney Stones, Tyler Case handled most of the QB duties going 11-14 passing for 3 TDs as well as running in 2 TDs himself. Carolyn Milz had a noteworthy performance, scoring both a touchdown and a PAT.
